Purex International Ltd, a leading manufacturer of fume extraction systems, supplying machines to many industries and blue chip manufacturing companies globally for over two decades, has completed the purchase of Unit 5 at Thorne Park, Doncaster, from Henry Boot Developments Limited.
The company has taken 18,680 sq.ft on a freehold basis for an undisclosed sum. The deal comes only weeks after Henry Boot Developments announced that 80% of the units at Thorne Park were either sold or under offer.
Purex aims to improve product quality, reduce process costs and protect the health of personnel and the environment. The company is renowned for the reliability of its technology and innovation in this field and will relocate from its current facility based in Rotherham.
Unit 5 is a high quality warehouse/production unit with 8 metre eaves, 50 kNm2 floor loading, natural lighting to the warehouse and 18 car parking spaces. The unit includes 1,507 sq.ft of high specification, first floor office space.
