Henry Boot Developments has completed the investment sale of an 18,700 sq ft industrial unit at Thorne Park to Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. The unit is occupied by Furniture Village Limited who committed to a 10-year lease in October last year.
Thorne Park is a development of over 150,000 sq ft of prime industrial and warehouse space situated at Junction 6 of the M18 offering unrivalled access to the motorway and rail network.
Vivienne Clements, Director at Henry Boot Developments commented “We are really pleased to conclude this deal with Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. This is a high quality unit held on a ten year lease to a household name, and so we had very strong interest in this investment sale. The Thorne Park development has been a huge success for us with only one unit now remaining.”
JLL and Eaton Associates acted on behalf of Henry Boot Developments whilst Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council
