Thorne Park closes in on full occupation of high spec units


Henry Boot Developments has seen a huge 80% of its high specification units at Thorne Park, Doncaster sold / let or under offer only one month after reaching practical completion.

The high level of interest in the units came prior to practical completion, with a lease deal announced back in August with Boxes and Packaging to open a brand new 45,000 sq.ft manufacturing facility. A deal for the terrace of units totalling 10,650 sq.ft, known as Units 1A-E, also completed in November.

Units 2 & 3; which each comprise 13,728 sq.ft, and Unit 5; comprising 18,740 sq.ft, are all currently under offer which now only leaves two modern industrial units, complete with office space, remaining at Thorne Park, located at J6 of the M18 in Thorne, Doncaster.

The remaining units are situated on self-contained, secure sites and are available on a freehold or leasehold basis. Unit 4 comprises 30,500 sq.ft of new, high quality warehouse / production space, with an 8m clear internal height, suitable for general employment uses. The unit provides a generous yard area and 22 parking spaces.

Unit 6 comprises 18,740 sq.ft of high quality warehouse / production space and includes a large yard area with 18 car parking spaces.
